WORKSHOP REFUNDS

 

EARLY BIRD, TIER 1 AND DISCOUNTED TICKETS
No refunds will be given for cancellations of early bird, tier 1, discounted tickets or tickets purchased using a discount code.

FULL PRICE TICKETS
Refunds for workshops and courses will be issued as detailed below. 
- For cancellations made within 28 days of the workshop/start of a course, we will refund 70% of your ticket price.
- For cancellations made within 21 days of the workshop/start of a course, we will refund 50% of your ticket price.
- For cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop/start of a course, we will refund 30% of your ticket price.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days of a workshop/start of the course

NAME CHANGE

No name changes are allowed for early bird, discounted tickets or tickets purchased using a discount code.

FULL PRICE TICKETS
Name changes for full price tickets are available up to 7 days before the workshop start time. Name changes will incur a charge of £5 per person.

NO SHOW

No refunds can be given to participants who do not attend a workshop/course. Your fee cannot be transfered to another workshop.

 

CANCELLATIONS

In the unlikely event of a workshop/course being cancelled by jppercussion a full refund will be given. No liability is accepted for additional costs incured by the student.

 

SAFETY

Every participant is responsible for looking after their own safety and property.

Participants are encouraged to use hearing protection during sessions. Hearing protection must be provided by the participant but may also be on sale at the workshop.
