A work horse of a drum. Light build quality and very good all round sound. Best when tuned up high.
 
Caixa (pronounced Kai-sha) is the most abundant instrument in any samba school bateria as it takes up 1/3 of the instruments. It's used to provide a carpet of sound that the other instruments sit on top of. Ask us about where to learn the many different rhythms played on this drum.
