A work horse of a drum. Great build quality and all round sound. Sounds best tuned high as is done at the samba schools.
Caixa (pronounced Kai-sha) is the most abundant instruments in any samba school bateria as it takes up 1/3 of the instruments. It's used to provide a carpet of sound that the other instruments sit on top of. Ask us about where to learn the many different rhythms played on this drum.
