Ivsom Hide Drum Head 6"

Ivsom 6" hide drum head, made for a 6" tamborim. It is a goat skin head mounted on an aluminium hoop, with warm open tones, characterful muted tones and great sound definition. Hide gives a tamborim its warm, traditional tone.
This 6" hide drum head is ideal in a roda de samba or when we want that traditional sound.

We also stock heads from King Instruments in Rio. They are the same quality, so you may get one with the King Instruments logo instead of Ivsom.
Also available in 10", 11", 16", 18", 20", 22" and 24" - see our full range of Ivsom hide drum heads.
